Praise be to God, the Lord of the worlds, and peace be upon all the prophets, messengers, and Imams, the guidance of the Al-Mahdieen, and Fatima al-Zahra, the mistress of the women of the worlds, do not turn away from me, and I, their enemies, do not absolve myself from God.

Before you, we honor the verses, pilgrimages, scholars, professors and intellectuals of Qazvin province; We honor the blessed leader of Friday Imam and the teachers of the seminary, and we pray to the Holy Spirit that all the scholars, researchers and authors of divine sciences, especially the authors and researchers of your region, will receive the special care of the guardian of the age (sacrificing souls)!

From the point of view that Islam is the religion of knowledge and wisdom, the society will be blessed with wisdom and knowledge, and the Islamic society will be subject to ﴾Yelamham Al-Katb, Al-Hikmah, and Yazkiham﴾[1]. Qazvin province has always been the cradle of science and knowledge; Great scholars, great sages, great scholars and historians, great jurists and famous fundamentalists have emerged from this land.

One of these dignitaries who tried and tried for many years to write the book of the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him and his family and peace be upon him) and to preach with his tongue and compose with his pen, that is, he was a bilingual (language of expression and language of writing). ), the proof of Islam and the Muslims was the late Mr. Ebrahimi (may God bless him and grant him peace), who is revered and respected by all of you, especially your respected Imam on Friday.

These dignitaries are trained in the Prophetic, Alavi, Bagheri and Sadeghi schools (peace be upon them). The secret of using the two elements of speech and writing is that a man said in the presence of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that your scientific gathering is informative and sweet, but when we leave here, we forget that sweetness along with it. we don't have Hazrat said: "Ask Bimink"[2]; When you come to the Majlis of Science, come with a pen, ink and paper to write down what you hear and then in your spare time, look at the scientific writings and find improvement.

When the blessed existence of Imam Sadiq (peace and blessings of God be upon him) orders Mufadl bin Umar, he says that it is not enough to study and discuss, it is not enough to become a scholar, it is also necessary to inherit, it is also necessary to have a heritage; However, not the heritage that man took from another, but the heritage that he is the founder of, yes! He said: "Then the fourth book is written in Benic" [3]; He told Mufadl to live a scholarly and researching life so that after your death, your children will inherit your scientific books and not the library you collected from somewhere else.

A scholar may prepare a book, buy it, exploit it and leave it to the heirs, this is not subject to the enlightened statement of Imam Sadiq, but a researcher may try to write the Encyclopaedia of the Prophet like this honorable person. may Allah's blessings and peace be upon him) who said: "For the dead will inherit the books of others", that is, your heirs will inherit your books, your compositions, your intellectual works.

This deceased Saeed, this noble fighter and father of martyrs, was the one who was able to follow the commandments of the Holy Prophet on one hand and the orders of Imam Sadiq (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) on the other hand, and the Musoa of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) Al-Karam) and leave a legacy for his heirs firstly and the seminary secondly. Because this nobleman was a preacher, they used his language and because he was a writer, they used his works and fingers, and he could reach a point where when he visited the court of the Imams (peace be upon him), he was mentioned in their pilgrimage record in Ziyarat of the great community should say: "I am... They told us that it is not enough to just learn some topics by listening, and it is not enough to just teach some lessons through the language, but one should be a researcher and a researcher, and through the two languages ​​of writing and expression, scientific interest and publication of works and scientific works. He used Ahl al-Bayt.

A person allows himself when he goes to the court of the imams (peace be upon him) and says: "I am a researcher, I did not achieve it, I did not achieve it", when he follows the path of the late Saeed and follows the path of other true scholars who are published in the publication. The teachings of Tafsir, Sunnah, narration, Islamic history and the like had works and effects.

Therefore, respecting them and preserving their names means that their works should be published and read, so that the revolutionary work on the one hand, the work of martyrdom on the other hand, and the work of authorship and explanation on the other hand are completely clear. Those who confirmed their writings with blood, analyzed their correct science with righteous action, and explained that scientific revolution with practical action, deserve to be famous. The mention of these names and the memory of these brings scientific virtue. When the Most Holy Essence of God says to the beloved Messenger (upon him be peace and blessings be upon him): ﴿ And remembrance in the book of Abraham﴾ [5] ﴿ And remembrance in the book of Moses﴾ [6] which means remember them and remember them alive Keep alive the memory of these means spreading righteous knowledge and action.

If someone was one-dimensional, he should be given the same amount of attention, but if he was multi-dimensional and spent his honorable life in publishing the works of the beloved Prophet (upon him be peace and blessings be upon him), it is worthy of all the scholars, especially you, the great scholars of Qazvin. And recognize the scientists and the scientific field, publish his works and honor his name and memory, as the name and memory of these are honored; "May God's mercy be upon the day of birth, the day of death, and the day of modesty."

I once again honor all of you intellectuals, and we recognize the truth of Imam Juma and the great and honorable scholars of Qazvin, and we ask the Holy Spirit to protect our system, our leader, our officials, our government, our nation and our country in the shadow of His Majesty!
