Is the rule of non-retribution of the father in terms of intentional killing of the child in all cases and with any motive? Or in special and exceptional cases, is revenge from the fallen father?
- One of the conditions of revenge is that the murderer is not the father of the victim.
- It is obligatory for the father who killed his child to pay a ransom.
- The dowry of the victim goes to the other heirs and the father does not inherit from it.
- Murder is one of the major sins and the father who became a murderer will be punished in addition to the dowry.
- In no case, without the permission of the Islamic government and the official law of the religious system, no one has the right to kill another. Javadi Amoli 1/31/95
