Praise be to God, the Lord of the worlds, and may God's prayers and peace be upon all the prophets, messengers, and imams of guidance, as the seal of the prophets and the seal of the guardians, do not heap upon us thousands of praises and praises, and let not I, their enemies, be exonerated to God."
First of all, professors, dignitaries, scholars and researchers, we honor Imamate and Wilayat, and we pray to the Holy Spirit of God to make all of you and us among the true ones waiting for Hazrat Khatami Imamat, the blessed presence of the guardian of the age (sacrificing spirits). ! We acknowledge the organizers of this meeting and conference; We hope that Almighty God will accept all the dignitaries who added to the scientific weight of this meeting and conference by submitting articles or presenting articles, and grant them the success of understanding the knowledge of waiting and the conditions of waiting, and grant them the success to make pilgrimage May we attain the blessed existence of Hazrat Khatami.
Waiting is one of the best acts of worship, because waiting means that a person can do universal work in the company of the Caliph of God. Every worship is as effective as its influence; In the jurisprudence books, they did not consider the reward of mosques to be the same and said that the mosque of the neighborhood and the tribe, the mosque of the bazaar, the mosque of Qada and Qada are different from the general mosque, and the Prophet's Mosque and the Haram Mosque are the best of all, for that is the multiplicity of worshipers.
There has been an Alawite government for a while, in which man is a servant of the Alawite government, although the blessed presence of Amir (may God bless him and grant him peace) according to the late Kalini, he said: "Ma lillah azzujal ayayat hi akbaru min'i" [1] but because the realm of caliphate and The guardianship and management of that Imam was limited, the servants in that government also have a limited reward; There has been a time when someone has been waiting for the appearance of the blessed last Imam (peace be upon him), who is the Caliph of God and does universal work, what a higher reward than this! What reward is more valuable than that a person is a servant of a world government; Not only local, not only regional, but also international and then end in the doomsday. Now, later, the divine essence will bring a prophet, bring a religion, bring a sharia, bring a world, bring a person, there is another account, but this flow and this generation, which started with Adam, will end with Hazrat Khatami Imamate: ] and this government becomes global. The world government is difficult to say, let alone its thought, let alone its action! With all the religions, nations, and beliefs that exist, with all the thoughts that exist, with all the philosophical schools that exist, with all the beliefs that exist, with all the judgments and claims that exist, everyone should come together under the banner of a perfect human being and form a government, this has not happened so far.
Therefore, those can expect that, firstly, they will be of the type that the pilgrimage of Arbaeen has: "And secondly, when they reach the government, they will not engage in embezzlement, nor have astronomical rights in mind; This is very little work! In this Islamic government of ours, where the blood of many young people has been shed, some of them were self-sacrificing and eventually turned out in a different way! Few people succeed in being the same and direct. In the reign of His Holiness, he said, "We will investigate from the very beginning. Anyone who happens in one way and remains in another way is not in our system and safe sanctuary!"
An example is the flow of Seyyed al-Shahada; You know that from the very beginning they did a universal work and it has remained until now. He said that there is a way in our system that the occurrence and survival are the same. The blessed presence of Seyyed al-Shahada spoke very loudly, but now we only remember those tears, moans, crying and breast-beating! The formation of the government, the conditions of the rulers, the quality of the government, the leadership of the government, being a member of the government, these are not mentioned in the system of Seyyed al-Shahada, because he did not win according to appearances; But in any case, when he took action, he stopped and said, "I want this!" First, he said, gentlemen! Be aware that no end justifies the means; It is never possible for someone to say that because the goal is good, then I can go the wrong way! If someone wants to reach a good goal through a bad path, this is not possible, but "If you miss what you hope for, and what you watch out for comes quickly," the one who said, "Because the goal is good, I will go this way: " And beware of the speed of our arrival" [4].

ond, let's try to wait, so that the stigma of misguidance does not cling to us anymore. Higher than this worship?! The purpose is that the divine verses are of two types: one is when it describes the works of God, it is only our responsibility to recite it; It is a time that states our duty, the duty of mankind, the duty of creation, the duty of the universe, and the duty of creation, it is our duty to understand, interpret, explain and act as much as possible. There Hussain bin Ali stood and said to Ubaidullah bin Hur Jaafi: ﴿And why did you take the wrongdoers, he said this as the caliph of God. He says the same meaning in the wider presence of the blessed guardian of the evening when he appeared, therefore he takes the world. He said that the one who goes astray or blocks someone's way is not in my system: ﴿وَ مَا كونت﴾, not "don't take it"! No "Lessat Moshet"! These have the same meaning, but this negative "Kan" conveys its continuity and queen; He didn't say: "And don't take it"! He said: ﴿ And what did you do, I mean, I am not like that.
He speaks the words of all imams; This is what they all say about these fourteen innocents, but one time they appeared through Seyyed al-Shahada, who said this order to Ubaidullah bin Hur Jaafi on the way, and one time the Prophet, who appeared, said this order.

The flow of Seyyed al-Shahada is now enough for us to cry and cry. But this is the enlightened school of Hazrat. If someone thinks that because the goal is good, he goes astray and goes astray, he will be in danger sooner than others: "I have commanded by disobedience of God, if I have missed, I hope, and beware of what has come." These are the political words of the leader of martyrs.
During the meeting between Ubaidullah bin Hur Jaafi and the Holy Prophet, there are some sad issues that we will not mention in this festive meeting, but Ubaidullah bin Hur Jaafi said that I declared neutrality and I was not ready to speak against him. I want to fight and I was not ready to fight against them; Therefore, I came back from Kufa, I declared neutrality. The Prophet said that declaring neutrality between right and wrong is a false act, declaring neutrality in a doubtful place, not in a known place; Neutrality has no meaning when one side is between al-Rashd and the other side is between al-Alighi! Obaidullah bin Hur Jaafi said, I will not come to Karbala myself, but I will give my horse and military equipment. Hazrat said, we don't want these words from you, we want to save yourselves [5].
But this loud statement of Hossein bin Ali! There was a time when the Most Holy Essence of God said: ﴿O you who believe, fear God and be with the righteous[6] God commands everyone to do this, others also read, write, and discuss this verse. And they interpret, but at one point, God narrates his work and says, "I am not like that!" Hossein bin Ali stood up and said, "I am not like that!" What does this mean? Who has the right to talk like this? God said, I govern the world, from the kingdom to the kingdom, from the heavens and the earth, I govern the world, I have many administrators; But I don't have an incompetent manager; This is God's work!
He said: ﴿ And what did you do with others?[7] This is the word of God about his own work, not the word of God about our work. He allowed us to recite, visit, read, say, write and interpret what is related to us with the permission of Ahl al-Bayt; But it is related to himself. He said, I will not install in my workshop someone who goes astray or blocks someone's way:
The easier things they do with the first part of the hand, that is, between the wrist and the elbow, because this part is called the forearm, the things people do with this part are called helping each other; The tasks that are a bit heavier are done between the elbow and the shoulder, which is called azd, the tasks that are more difficult and people have to take help from the arm are called muadt and they helped each other. Assistance is related to easier tasks, your assistance is related to more difficult tasks.
He said, "My work is all heavy work, I do not work for anyone who is useless." This is the message of God and his caliph, the blessed presence of the leader of the martyrs, even though he was in need, he said, "I will not take the poor to Karbala." Stronger, higher and firmer is declared by the existence of the blessed guardian of the evening that
We hope to wait; It means we have to improve ourselves; Let's improve ourselves so much that when we get to the government, we will not become embezzlers or astrologers! This is the meaning of waiting. "Hahna Amur Talasa": We must wait and waiting means becoming human and becoming human, and when we become human, we must remain human forever, then this will rule the world. Why is there so much virtue to wait for orgasm? because it is a high position; Why is there so much reward for waiting? Because it is a high position.
The presence of the Blessed Prophet, when he appears, will have the same statement that Hussain bin Ali sang on the road to Karbala, because these are the caliphs of God, only they can say such a thing: A manager, a manager, a legislative, judicial and executive official who goes astray and blocks the way of others is not present in the system of Imam Zaman; He said, I will not give him a title.

Therefore, there is nothing higher than waiting for His Holiness, and if, God willing, Al-Rahman appears, there is nothing higher than serving at the threshold of that blessed existence. He is "Khalifa Allah" in every sense of the word! In the final part of the blessed Surah "Yusuf" he said: ﴿And why do most of them believe in God except that they are polytheists[8] There is polytheism in the bottom of many hearts, most of the believers are caught by this; But when Hazrat appeared, that is not the case.
So what is higher than expectation and what is higher than action to that expectation! I once again honor all of you in advance and I ask the Holy Spirit of God to grant mercy to all of us by the right of the Qur'an and the virtue of understanding the meaning of waiting, the correct act of waiting and visiting His Holiness and serving at the threshold of His Holiness. Don't deprive him!
